E-Sign Consent

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This E-Sign Consent Agreement ("Agreement") describes the terms under which My Lending Path and its lender network partners will provide communications to you electronically.

Consent to Electronic Communications

By submitting a loan request on mylendingpath.com, you consent to receive all communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, and other documents ("Communications") related to your loan request electronically. This includes communications from My Lending Path and any lender you are connected with through our platform.

Scope of Consent

Your consent applies to all Communications relating to:

• Your loan request and any resulting loan agreement
• Loan disclosures, including Truth in Lending Act disclosures
• Privacy notices and updates
• Account statements and billing information
• Notices of changes to terms or policies
• Any other Communications required by law or relating to our services

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need:

• A device capable of accessing the internet (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
• A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or equivalent)
• A valid email address and access to your email account
• Software capable of viewing PDF documents (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader)
• Sufficient storage to save or print Communications for your records

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at the information below. Please be aware that withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide services to you and may result in the termination of your relationship with us or any connected lender. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of any Communications already provided electronically.

Updating Your Information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address and contact information current so that you can receive electronic Communications. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your email address.

Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any Communication by contacting us at the information provided below. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for paper copies.
