By submitting a loan request through My Lending Path, you provide the following authorizations to My Lending Path and the lenders and financial service providers in our network.
You authorize My Lending Path and any lender or financial service provider in our network to obtain consumer credit reports, credit scores, and other information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies. This may include soft inquiries (which do not affect your credit score) or hard inquiries (which may affect your credit score), depending on the lender's practices.
You authorize My Lending Path and our network partners to verify any information you provide in connection with your loan request, including employment information, income, identity, and banking information. This verification may involve contacting third parties such as employers, financial institutions, or government agencies.
You authorize My Lending Path to share the information you provide with lenders, financial service providers, and other partners in our network for the purpose of evaluating and fulfilling your loan request. This may include your personal information, financial information, and credit report data.
These authorizations remain valid for the duration of your loan request process and for any resulting loan relationship. You may revoke these authorizations at any time by contacting us, subject to any limitations imposed by law or by any loan agreement you have entered into.
You have rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including the right to know what is in your credit file, the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information, and the right to have outdated negative information removed.
